Not a Virginia Tech quality instructor. I'm pretty sure it was the first time he's instructed the course and it was very obvious. The work was pretty easy, but pop quizzes and lack of communication from Kelley made the course A LOT harder than it should've been.
Overall a good teacher. He knows what he's doing and can answer any questions, but doesn't really explain very much.
He's a pretty nervous guy, but he's nice. The class was cake until the final project, which took me over 12 hours. Overall, easy.
This guy was hands down the worst teacher I have had in my 3 years at State. He is a brilliant man, but a poor and arrogant professor. He expects you to know as much as he does, and is disappointed when you don't. His tests are absolutely ridiculous; you need to have written the book to do well. He calls people out in class who wisper in the back of the room. He has a stupid, high-pitched laugh that only adds to his ridiculous demeanor. He won't take the time of day to explain anything to you, and is one of the most unorganized teachers I have ever met. I would never recommend to take him if you can.
